anyone run a small cage derailer with 2 rings up front? i know one person that does, but wanted to get others opinion on it. i run 22/32 so a smaller ratio that a 22/34-22/36.
DFT .......the illustrious ...doctor fcvking tom....you should know that....don't run 2 chain rings....just push your bike uphill and quit pedaling up.....you need to ride more with me....I'll teach ya" (laughing somewhat)
It depends on the spread of the cassette, what chainrings you're running up front, whether or not your suspension design experiences chaingrowth, and how careful you are about cross chaining.

I've ran a XT small cage with 22-32 up front and 11-34 at the back with no problems. Now I run mid cage because I upgraded to 22-36
