Well we don't know where you are so it's not that easy a question. In the United States I think the resorts generally open some time after the ski season ends. On the east coast I think most parks open around early may (diablo opening day was may 3rd this year). No clue about the west coast and europe though.
Your best bet is Angel Fire, NM. A little less then a 4 hour drive if you're in the Springs.
They'll usually be thawed before any of the Colorado resorts. Hence why the first DH race of the year is held there. Chile Challenge is usually held around the 3rd week of May.
All that said, snow melt here is pretty much unpredictable. It could be completely thawed in March, or still have 4' of snow in August.
Again, depends on snow. But this year Keystone was open until mid September and Winter Park the 3rd weekend in Sept.
The good news is Sol Vista was open until the last weekend in September and they could have been open longer. Hopefully they'll get enough business next year to encourage them to stay open a few more weeks.
Mt Baldy in SoCal is pretty much open whenever there is no snow....somewhere between 7 to 10 months a year it is open
