Took off work today (if you look at the bottom of the main page you'll see why). Here's are a few shots of Monte Sano from this afternoon.
Even in the daylight, I lost it a couple of times.SSINGA said:Happy b-day Steve!
Those same leaves were not so much fun last night. I think I lost the trail 10 times or more.
Don't feel bad, mine didn't come out much betterSSINGA said:I tried to get some pics today but they all sucked!
It was about 50 today when we started but the temps cool off quickly in the late afternoon.Bikezilla said:Fall's come and gone for some time up here. The warmth went with it too. Looks like you folks are still in the sweet spot.
How are you finding the Manitou so far?SSINGA said:I tried to get some pics today but they all sucked! Even when my subject was stationary.
I think the plate that connects the mech to the hanger is what's bent and I'm hoping it can be ordered on it's own.Bikezilla said:Kinda sux all that low profile protection design only to get offed by a twig.
Sorry to see it. Def mail it in and see if they'll warranty or CR it. Shimano can be pretty good about it at times.
Not to geek out too much..well, what the heck, this is the Turner forum:cruzthepug said:
I'd be interested to know if it is; I thought mine was totaled after it ended up in the rear wheel, but upon closer inspection it appears that mounting plate took the brunt of it.tigerdog said:I think the plate that connects the mech to the hanger is what's bent and I'm hoping it can be ordered on it's own.
It's an Easton but I was thinking EC70 ?????2TurnersNotEnough said:Looks a lot like an Easton EC90.
Ding, Ding, Ding......EC90 it is. I did buy a EC70 but it was only 350 and was too short, the EC90 comes in 400mm2TurnersNotEnough said:Looks a lot like an Easton EC90.
Same reason I have one of those on my Flux.cruzthepug said:Ding, Ding, Ding......EC90 it is. I did buy a EC70 but it was only 350 and was too short, the EC90 comes in 400mm
Just got a call from Ratboy. He ordered a bunch of them for his shop today. Said they're around $6. Good news. :thumbsup:miles e said:I'd be interested to know if it is; I thought mine was totaled after it ended up in the rear wheel, but upon closer inspection it appears that mounting plate took the brunt of it.
I'm pretty sure the whole issue was of my own doing, but then I'd only broken one XT rear derailleur in the last ten years before installing this Shadow and busting it on the first ride.
