Hello,
I'm from Tuscon, and I want to get into the mtn biking theme, but I had a few questions before hand....
Anyway... I'm almost six feet, and my body weight goes up and down from 280 lbs to 320 lbs. Obviously I'm fairly over-weight, but besides the point, is there any reasonably priced bikes that are within my budget ($250) that could support my weight, and I'm fairly rough on bikes?... .
I plan on getting a mountain bike, but also use it on the street for everyday things and I'm also hoping to lose weight by biking as often as I can.. in fact, I'd like to be able to ride from where I am in Tuscon to phoenix (97 miles) at least in a year I'd like to be able too..
Also; as a side note:
What beginner trails do you recommend? (In Tuscon or Phoenix)
Also; any one recommend any cheap GPS systems? and those speedometers and mile tracker devices too..
