Two emails and a few days later I had a brand new mainframe in my hands.
After swapping parts over I boxed up the old mainframe and emailed Greg who then sent a call tag to UPS.
The next day UPS came to my house to pick up the old frame.
This is ridiculous, I was already a customer for life due to stellar customer service in the past... just what is Turner trying to prove?
