we're definitely spoiled with half a dozen or so similar front range trail systems at the foot of the rockies.
this is roughly 3.5 miles one way, 1800' vert, bottom starting around 6k' elevation. most grind up first, 50-60 min ascent, with either connecting loop, or turn and burn descent. something tells me zilla is plenty strong enuff.
riders in the blurry fourth shot were shuttling, but it's tough to bomb DH here with other trail users. most gravity guys are lift serviced up in the resorts, but we're working on dedicated DH trail in FR.
Then you should drive North and come out to the Catskills and Berkshires! :thumbsup:
Of course you'd still be under a thick canopy of trees, none of those expanding, camera-friendly, open views. Nice pictures!
