I don't know how long you've been at it but if you're just starting out and it's just the muscles getting sore then give it time and they'll strengthen up. For the first couple weeks riding my lower back was sore and now it's no problem at all.
First: Make sure your bike is properly adjusted. Poor fit can cause all sorts of aches and pains.
Second: Strengthen your core muscles. My back and shoulders would always hurt after rides, and it was getting to the point where loathed longer rides. Then I started doing sit-ups, back extensions, and push-ups (real simple, just in my room at home), and noticed a big difference when riding.
There is some important information missing in your question to even begin to be able to answer properly. If it isn't your bike fit and/or you aren't new too biking make sure to do stretches daily this can help eliminate backpain in all areas of your life if you are prone to it.
