I would recommend getting the biggest size that you can... (I am 6' 6" and the largest ht frames are usually a little small)

P-bikes... not to great for anything other than smooth trails (personal experience)

Kona and norco have one if I remember correctly.
A guy I used to ride with rode a sinister ridge... it was a really really good feeling bike, and he had 180mm (maybe 200mm) up front... it was the older model though, with the 1.5 head tube.
Depends on exactly what you want to do with it. I too am 6'3 and so bought an 18" morphine.
After a couple of months I decided it was just too big, and bought a 16" morphine... I would have trouble getting the 16" one up a hill though, which I could do with the 18. The smaller one feels so much nicer just for razzing around on though, much more agile.
If you are in the UK I'll do you a good deal on a barely used 18" '08 morphine in white...
