Progressive and Manitou ti springs work fine with the roco. I've used both with the rcs spring spacer to keep them centered with no issues. The RCS springs work as well.

Renton has wound all springs for Manitou and Progressive, so they're the same... All of them run a 1.43 inner diameter. (Marzocchi included.) I wasn't aware of any floating problems other than DHX shocks since they run a smaller I.D. spring than everyone else. (Renton now makes DHX specific springs with the smaller diameter...)

No wonder all of them work then... they are the same.
I didn't have a floating problem too bad but the spring would shift slightly unless I had 3 full turns of preload. The other issue was the fact that the shock body has less threads on it than others so I like the spacer there to give the spring that extra quarter inch of free length. To get proper preload I was just about bottomed out on the threads so that is really where the spacer came in handy.
Yeah, they had a bunch of them out at the same time.
