maybe one or two on the drive side to get the desired chainline, you're gonna have to take it on and off and experiment with # of spacers seeing as you probaly dont have a manual since they're used. 3 spacers might be too much because your spindle is only so long and it might not be long enough for you to thread the endcap on the non-drive side. You might also have to play with the spacing of your chainguide if you run into alignment problems.
Good Luck, it can be a pain, but they're really nice cranks, easiest to setup out of the External BB bunch.
