SO tell me what you think about upgrades, I will say im NOT getting rid of the Michs. a full suspension upgrade will come later in the summer.
Im about 160lbs but I am hard on wheels.
Well, obviously the biggest/most noticable difference would be running some lighter tires, but since that's not an option you can pick away a little here and there.
--FSA Gravity Light cranks would be a good place to start along with a nice and light BB.
--Replace the front 325 rim with a 823.
--Are you running a FD? You can lose almost a pound by ditching the granny ring, bolts, FD, front shifter.
--E.13 LG1 guide with no taco.
