** This is a FUNDRAISER EVENT to benefit BRMBA and local Oregon (Willamette Valley) mountain biking trails **

What's going down exactly? Check https://brmba.org for details, but here's the overview...

Have your bike, your gear, and yourself hauled to the top of Mt Brown for some downhill/freeride fun! (and REPEAT as often as you can make it back to the shuttle pick up spot - near Basic Training area!)

Lunch will be provided (included in cost of registration).

You'll have a great time and this is for a great cause - SUPPORTING THE LOCAL TRAILS!

Parking: Park at the Black Rock Mountain Bike Area trailhead (there will be overflow parking available in the Camp Tapawingo soccer field), and then hike your bike and gear up towards Basic Training (about 1 mile from trailhead).

Trailmap: Waterproof trail maps are available at Santiam Bicycle (Salem and Dallas) and at A&N Home Town Grocery (Falls City) for a small donation. There's also an online map at https://brmba.org

Driving Directions to trailhead:Need driving directions from your doorstep to location of event? Get driving directions to Black Rock Mountain Bike Area here (click "To here" link). There's general directions plus trail profiles at BRMBA.org under Local Trails - Black Rock Mountain Bike Area.

REMINDER: Always drive careful on the Black Rock RD - it's primary use is for logging access. It's also been recently re-gravelled so it's effectively ONE LANE right now and the shoulders are treacherous. Thanks for your consideration!

Registration is capped at 120 participants.

YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE THRU ORBIKE.COM - no registrations will be accepted in person day of event. (more than likely this event will sell out, so register early).

BRMBA is a 501(c)(3) so your registration fee is tax-deductible (print your receipt for your records).

See ya on the trails!

places to stay?

Need to know places to stay (including private camping) near the Black Rock trails?

Visit BRMBA.org > Local Trails > Places to Stay

There's a contact phone number listed for private camping area located in Falls City.

Also, a 3 bedroom house with accomodations for 6 people is opening in 2 - 3 weeks, but they are accepting reservations now. E-mail info@brmba.org if you want the managers contact info.
