Lupine is upgrading their Wilma. Their last rev was a 4 x K2 LED putting out 480 lumen. The new head must be a higher BIN Cree XR-E to get to this level.
Nothing on the Lupine web site but their North American distributor has a peak.
And comparation with Lupine Edison with 900 lumens
Are you sure that lupine wilma will use cree leds and not seoul P4 leds?? Could that the new lupine wilma use it cree, but upgradeable I think will use it seoul for likeness

The upgrade package contains both LEDs and lenses, so either emitter is a possibility. My guess goes to the Seoul P4 as the picture looks angry blue, I've found the white-white binned XR-E's to give a nice white tint, like the 'old' Wilma.
Since you guys are already talking about it, the price for the new Wilma's will be priced the same as the old ones. That means you can get 830 lumens with 4 hours of burn time on high and 33 hours on low, for $619.00 retail.
The new Wilma's will be available very soon. Yes you will be able to use your battery that came with your Edison, and yes you can just purchase the lamp. All Lupine batteries and lights are compatible. The cost will remain the same on the lamps which is $419.00. The only thing I do not know yet is what kind of LED's they are using. All I know is that they are not luxeon's.
