just make sure that you always have more air in the PAR chamber than the main air spring chamber or it can/will damage the internals. set up the air spring / PAR to your linear liking, then tune the ramp up with the air-assist-cap side.
i'm about 170lbs here's my setup (roughly):
60 psi in the air spring
80 psi in the PAR
10 psi in the air assist cap.
