Disco 9", Army 11", Sinister R9, V10 with either Roco's or Romic's are all just insanely plush and progressive. I don't know what counts as the most plush, but for how insanely soft it is, my R9 with the Romic is by far the most controlled.
Gordons R9 with his new baja Prerunner suspension system... He designed it in class at UCSB ....Its a little on the heavy side but it works, and thats all that counts

Noice. That looks like a fairly intricate setup. I say custom fab a frame that uses off-the shelf Baja suspension, re-tune it to accomodate the different weight, and enjoy a full yard of travel. An MX fork up front wouldn't hurt either.

or maybe one of those 2-Stage bikes from New Zealand (although I've never ridden one...) looks like a nice design to me and should be super smooth in theory.
or just for the ridiculous factor, that Richi with the dual side by side fox dhx rear shocks... or the patriot with the snowmobile shock... damn, I can't believe I just said that.
yeah, this thread does remind me of pinkbike... oh man...
A Foes DHS 2:1 mono with either the xtd fork, or a travis intrinsic ti, or a 888wc (haven't really had a chance to ride one broken in, but they seemed pretty smooth and plush un-broken in.)
Any bike that is under sprung for your weight will feel plush...until you bottom out
