hey ive had one for about 3 weeks now it is really nice..but it isnt very plush in the rear.. but it is ment for jumping so i guess thats how it goes. but other than that it kicks ass and looks really good.
four riders start at the same time and race down a course full of jumps and turns as fast as they can. First across the finish line is the winner. The bikes are usually short travel dual suspension or hardtails.
well i am a proud new owner of one i love it, if you used to ride hardtail i recomend it cause it rides like a hard tail but takes the bite off of some bumps and stuff, i ride in SB and the trails can get pretty nar here (tunnle trial) and it can handle that no prob, i recomend it 100%, but if ur diehard DHer and some what heavy, and lookin for loads of travel - or u had a bike like this - maybe not for you
I was considering a Howler or CowanDS about 6 months ago but ended up going with one of these. It's built more burly and it's geometry is designed around a 6 inch fork and either 4 or 5 inch travel in the rear.
I've got a 2006 Howler, and frankly it's a pukka bike, I've done 4x, downhill, a bit of xx, street bashing, I believe it's a great all rounder in my eyes, I'm in the middle of changing it from stock livery, it's work in progress atm.
