This is a neat concept, sorta schwinn 4-banger mixed with Tomac bikes mixed with Trek isolated shock tech. I would say the issue I could see is lots of bearings and pivots. Potential for loosening and needing maintenance.
I think aesthetically cool looking, I like the lines and the design.

Come and join the party
Dress to kill
Won't you come and join the party
Dress to kill, dress to kill
Trails flow
People forget
That big wheel spins, the hair thins
People forget
Forget they're riding
The news slows
People forget
Their shares crash, hopes are dashed
People forget…

That is one strange suspension design. I’d suggest waiting for a few years on a new design like that. Let others work the bugs out via complaints and warranty issues.
I got in on a Eminent "group ride" demo thing at my local trails and I had a great time, enjoyed the bike (Onset MT) a lot. I thought it pedaled well and soaked up the bumps.
I don't have enough experience to really say good or bad as compared to similar modern bikes.
The shock linkage and its wishbone extension is a cause for concern for me. As is the rear brake mount. I had a (97?) Schwinn HomeGrown Pro with a Hayes brake in the same location. Finding a replacement brake was/is impossible.
Edited to add: A 3 yr warranty?? Wow. A $x,xxx bike with a 36 mo warranty. Underwhelming.
I rode one and it was probably the least favorite bike I've ever ridden.
