Those don't have any features that make them stand out as a specific brand or model. They look like OEM pedals that may have come as a stock pedal on a bike from the shop. You might check your local bike co-op for something similar.
Just buy nice spanky new low profile flat pedals. Plenty of good ones out there if'n you're into flats. I get you like what you have now but you owe it to yourself to get something gooder and not so broked.
And they make them in lots and lots and lots of sweet colours now.

Edit: Found the post manually because I was bored and partly curious - last post on the second page (currently). Yes, generic pedals, see above advice re new pedals. And make sure you attach them to a vintage* bike before posting here again dammit!
