Suntour mag32 fork cap coming loose

I have a 09 GT force 3.0 with the stock Suntour mag32 forks. the twist-on bolt/cap on top of the right fork that has the fork locking switch on it keeps coming loose when riding. even if i tighten it up good, it will still come loose. i havent seen anything leaking out, but it doesnt seem right for that thing to keep coming loose. i posted this in the GT forum but didnt get any help. can anybody help me with this problem?

bring the bike back to the shop, its under warranty.
