    Replacing the suspension linkage

I have a '16 BMC Speedfox and am getting some creak from the linkage.
Do you know where I can get replacement parts?

Also, I assume it's a pretty simple DIY. Is it just unscrew and put back together?

If you are going to replace your bearings then def work with Chris at https://www.enduroforkseals.com he has bearing presses too if you want don’t have the right tools for the job.

Not entirely that simple but it could be.

In order to replace bearings in a frame they must be pressed out & new ones pressed back in. Not something you can do with your hands. Ideally you'll need a press or bearing puller to remove, and a proper sized press to put them back in.

You may just have a dry bearing, in that case you can clean them up with degreaser, let em dry and repack them with grease. I've had pretty good luck doing that. Most of the time the bearings will feel pretty notchy before the cleaning. After regreasing them I'll spin them around a bunch, retop off with grease and they are usually good for another season or more.

Bearings die a quick death when they are dry and contaminated, a little maintenance can keep them alive quite a bit longer.

Thanks for the replies. I watched this video (youtu.be/0nFNX3Smb8g) on it and now have a pretty good feel for things . But I may just take it to my mechanic as there's a couple other things I'd like to worked on as well.
