New question here. replacing air shock with coil shock

I have a 2003 Specialized Rockhopper FSR Comp, and the Fox rear air shock on it is a huge hassle; always losing air. I want to replace it with a coil shock. Any suggestions on brands, what to look for, etc.?

Has it always been losing air? If it is an original shock, and never been serviced, either order an air sleeve rebuild kit from Fox and do the maintenance yourself, send it in to Fox for service, or best, send it in to PUSH for service. Air shocks require maintenance every 6 or so months.
