    New question here. Mystery

My 100mm Rocksox SID was due for a total rebuilt.
In my area this is common, my LBS send it to specialty place, well respected.
For an extra 90$ i asked for the travel to increase at 120 mm.
When i got it back it had turned black-white.
It was wayyy too stiff(i weight 140 pounds) playing from 100 to 50 PSI and trying different rebounds to way too soft, unable to get back up.
    - I bought that bike used so it had a pair of tokens wich were removed on my asking since i have no need for those.
    - I will get it back today, now OK, so they say.
    What went wrong???
I am more of a relax rider so i did no damage to it and maybe the original owner was a bit enduro style but like me he was a lightweight.

Finally it was simply my remote cable that messed up things.
