Marzocchi Roco TST R (Coil) Settings advise

I just got this thing and i was just wondering what settings to run on it.

    Marzocchi Roco TST R
    600lb spring
6ft 4in, 245-250lbs with all my gear on
Agressive Trail Riding, occasional 3-5ft drops

What amount of air in piggy back?
    How much sag?

Should i just leave all the other settings in the mid range and adjust accordingly?

    Thanks for any info.

Not sure about shock size and travel/design of bike, but put 200psi in piggy back and run about 28-30% of sag. Check about spring on http://www.tftunedshox.com/info/spring_calculator.aspx
