I Need A Fork!!!!!!!

I currently have a RS Recon351 fork on my Klein Attitude and this is the 3rd time in a month that this thing has failed on me. I went riding and now the thing just stands, when I get on it it goes all the way down but as soon as I let go of the handlebars it stands right up again, the last 2 times I took it to get serviced the mechanic said something about the O-rings or seals needed replacing. I am 6'2" and I am 220lbs , and yes I did have the proper air settings for the fork, right now I am just tired of visiting my local LBS and have this guy reset this fork. So I am looking at either a 06' or 07 Fox RLC any suggestions as to which to choose from. Little help here please...............

If you don't want to go too spendy, there's the Magura Asgard forks which are sold new on ebay at very attractive prices. Nice and reliable, low-maintenance, stiff, light, strong (210mm rotor warrantied, and for 286lbs of rider+bike+stuff), superb CS, etc.
