HELP! SID WC Top-out / Compression Problems

Hopefully someone here can help. I've been troubleshooting my 2018 SID WC fork w/ remote lock-out, and for the life of me I can't figure out what is going on.

    So the problem description is:
    - No air spring resistance the first 2mm or so. Pushing down on the fork lightly it sinks approx 2mm before I feel any resistance from the air spring
    - Also, after compressing the shock it will return to almost full extension, hesitate for a half a second, and then top out the remaining 2mm with a clunk

I have completely serviced the fork, incl. damper, tried every manner of adding and releasing air, lubed, re-lubed, and lubed some more. Checked the internal solo air port for obstructions. Nothing seems to work. There doesn't appear to be any play in the damper. No compression when the lock-out is on. So it seems to be bled correctly.

I upgraded to the debonair spring. Had the issue before. Still have it after the change.

I've searched, and it seems as though Pikes from a few years ago may have had a similar problem. Though it doesn't sound exactly the same, and none of the Pike fixes have worked on the SID. Does anyone have a clue what could be going on? Something wrong or just equalization of the positive/negative air chambers?

    Thank you!

When you bled it did you have the rebound/compression all the way open?
Also if you open the rebound fully now does it get rid of the hesitation before topping out?

Yes. Fully open when bled. And when fully open I still get the hesitation. It was happening before I tried to service the damper. But, I could try to bleed again.
