Fox Float 36, any big differences 08-09-10?

I'm looking to get some Fox Float 36's, and I was wondering if I will loose much by saving some cash and getting an 08 model, or perhaps an 09. Have there been any major or noticible differences bewteen the 08, 09 and 10 models or should I just go for the one I can get the best deal on?

They make small refinements between years but nothing big I can point to. Generally the 09 will have "fixed" all the issues the 08 had, and the 10 will be a "dramatic improvement over the 09" if you believe their marketing. Fox's marketing department gets made fun of a lot here because every year claims to be amazing compared to the previous year without too many changes actually happening. I think the R damper models are going to an open bath design for 10 but the RC2's should still be relatively similar. I'm rocking an 07 Float 36 RC2 and am very happy with it's performance.
    Bike good, work bad.
