My 2017 Django rear shock has a medium rebound and light compression and light climb tune.

I'm 155 to 160 pounds, and have a short travel XC background. Favorite climbing bike was a Turner Czar. While I know the 29 django is a trailbike, I was thinking a big more compression would help combat the suppleness even at 25% sag.

The rear suspension is very progressive with a lot of antisquat, and I'm using full travel, but the 120mm and light compression isn't ideal under explosive sprints and steep climbing. I often have the rear shock lever in Trail setting.

With an EVOL is sending it to Fox for more compression a negligible gain for a 120mm split pivot design?

I plan to get another short travel XC bike, and would probably keep the django as-is, but if the new bike purchase is delayed I'm leaning toward re-tuning the django's EVOL.

Thanks in advance.
