Anyone the difference between Reba RL, RLT and RLT Ti?

Could not see a noticeable difference based on their website.

RL = "R"ebound and "L"ockout externally adjustable utilizing standard Motion Control unit
RLT = "R"ebound, "L"ockout, and Lockout "T"hreshold externally adjustable utilizing standard Motion Control unit
RLT Ti = "R"ebound, "L"ockout, and Lockout "T"hreshold externally adjustable utilizing BlackBox Motion Control Unit

Darren If I I keep the compression knob open (all the way counter clock-wise) all the time, does that mean the Threshold feature is not engaged or not in use?

That depends on the fork - for RLT Ti probably not cause it has shims for high speed compression (BlackBox Motion Control), but on RL/RLT it has an effect for the high speed compression circuit.
