1st time with a Lefty. wheel seems offset??

    hey all

scooped up an 09 C'dale 29er with a lefty. its incredibly nice and fun but im curious...

ive never owned or even been on anything with a Lefty on it. the front wheel seems offset to the right from underneath the stem to the right quite a bit ( maybe 6mm)

i looked up a few pictures of the bike online but couldn't find any straight on photos of the front wheel from above the stem.

i did see one with a straight on view and it did look a bit off center too.

are the lefty wheels not centered under the stem?

It should be centered. Perhaps the wheel isn't dished properly.
    Do the math.

i had a LBS check the dish and true the wheel. it isnt either of these things. he suggested that perhaps the axle or fork itself is bent? is there any other thing that could have this off centered? i'll post a picture later
