Which is slicker/better - Dura Ace Polymer or OptiSlick?

I've seen Shimano product pages that show Dura Ace as the top/premium product, but heard a member or two here say that optislick is actually better.

In my experience, the difference between properly maintained and installed high end vs normal cable and housing is negligible. However, the performance degradation from any worn and dirty cable and housing can be massive. Same for a poorly installed cable and housing vs a well installed one (eg poor routing, outers poorly cut and not opened up etc).
