Spark 900 World Cup - shave weight?

Curious if anyone else has swapped components on their WC to shave some weight and if so, what have you done and how much did you shave?

I swapped out those x1825 wheels for some i9 Ultralites and the bike (size large) weighs in right at 23lbs with pedals... but the front still feels heavy to me and Iím not sure why are where thatís coming from.

Unload your front wheel by moving your weight to the back wheel? ;p just joking. In what way does it feel heavy? Just lifting of the ground or what?

    Haha!

Yeah... just lifting from the bars straight up... it just feels kind of heavy.

Long top tube, short negative stem = weight shifted forward. That's your cause right there.

What bike did you previously ride? You can install a positive stem and / or low riser, that will make it easier to lift the front wheel.

I'm riding my Spark 900 RC world cup with DT Swiss XRC 1200 wheels, negative stem and flat Syncros bar. It takes some time getting used to, I'm loving it.
