Santa Cruz Superlight 26er - What Year / Price ?

Came across this bike on Craigslist, and I've been looking for a 2nd 26er frame / bike to use as I have lots of extra parts.

I have 9 speed lx shifters(new), slx derailleur(new), easton wheels, seats, grips, tires, pedals, 9 sp xt casette to use as parts.

I believe this is a 2011 but I really have no idea...

If you were to purchase this bike, what do you believe it is worth? The current price I have him down to is $550. I'm wanting to pay more like $250...?

Looks like the "D" Kit they used to offer....retail was $1499.

You are correct in the time frame.....from 2010-2013 they really didn't change the frame, when they did, it went to 29" wheels.

    Awesome, thank you.

How is this frame in terms of durability / quality / riding it in 2016? If I can keep pushing the price lower on him I may pull the trigger...

SCB's website now has a bike Archive page. For the Superlight, the archive is found here: Superlight | Santa Cruz Bicycles. Based on the archive photos, it looks like the one you're bidding on is post-2006, but from the photos I couldn't pinpoint the actual year of production.

They were a solid bike. As long as it wasn't ridden like a DH bike all the time you will be fine.

Looks like it has the Annodized Finishbon the frame, so it should be in pretty good shape.

That's a 2007. I believe that was the last year Santa Cruz offered anodized frames. Here is a picture of mine, I converted it to 27.5 wheels.
