    <<<<<<<SANTA Cruz Garage Sale>>>>>>>

I went to the SC garage sale today and it was awesome!! Everything there is dirt cheap, you could buy a complete bike (superlight, i think), or just walk around and buy each component, all brand new, for nothing. They had cranks for 10 bucks!! I got two pairs just because!! I watched a couple of guys buy a bulk quantity of rear shocks (75-100 bucks ea i think), they were talking about selling them on Ebay for double what they bought them for "no problem"! It's crazy. I thought I thought we arrived to late and there would be nothing left but it looks like they have huge quantities of this stuff and told me they hadn't sold out of anything yet.
Good Luck if you go, there will be some super stoked people out on the trails come next week! I'm one of them!

Just surfing the SC website tonight

I was online tonight ordering some stuff from the Santa Cruz website, and saw what looked like some good deals on shocks....DHX 5 with a 250# coil - $150, and the $99 Float R.

Just thought I'd throw that out there. Maybe it will help someone out...

That is funny, you could pay for same-day airfare and get a frame for less than retail...
