New question here. Pictures of your lime green SC bikes

    Hi Guys,

I'm looking at buying my first SC bike, the nickel. I'd like to buy the 2011 because of the price but I'm stuck w/ the lime green color. I was wondering if you guys can post pics of your lime green SC bikes.

I tried google already but I know there are better shots here.

    Thank you.

    Hey...

I don't have a lime green SC bike to show, but I did recently pick up one of the last 2011 Nickels.

    (Mine is white.)

Just wanted to say it's a great bike. You're going to love it.

I've owned a lime green bullit, and it was an awesome sharp color. I havent seen many pics on the web that do the lime green justice. In my opinion, the blur ltc int he pic on the SC website is a pretty good representation.

colors on the web are always a pain, different cameras, monitors, video cards, etc... lots of variables.

    Good luck

I went with a Kawasaki green main frame and polished swingarm. I don't think the polished swingarm is available anymore, but you still get the effect of the green. I really like SC's lime gree, but color is always just preferential. Yeah, I have a honking, bright, red front wheel, but it was a free 650B size 35mm rim that has been great, and free is always good.

Dude, paint the rear white and you'd have a Christmas sled

Lime green! It's the only SC color you can get touch up paint for. Just go to your local Kawasaki dealer...

There's a few people who have done a custom paint after they thrashed the original paint. Most body shops will paint your frame for relatively cheap if it's already tore down.

I wasn't thrilled about the lime green at first, but it's definitely grown on me. When I go ride, I can pick my bike out of all my buddies from a mile away!

I had a tough time deciding between the green or a plain black. I am now glad I didn't go wither the black. I get compliments on my bike Everytime I take it out. Glad it doesn't blend into the crowd. Just go for it.
