I bought my Nomad, very similar spec but with a pair of Carbon Specialized Roval wheels, and it was 1.5 years old when I bought it, got it for $3500

I, too, think $4k to $4,500. It's a lot of bike for the money; I absolutely love mine.

If you are extremely patient, and wait until the right time of the year......then get extremely lucky, you can buy a new bike for used prices.

At the end of the "model year' Santa Cruz sells the floor models from the showroom on eBay. Look for 104scb. This is Santa Cruz bikes eBay account. They sell the floor models, demo bikes, and everything in between......so you got keep looking.

I paid $3700 for my brand new never ridden 2016 Nomad CC XX1.

If you don't like the numbers being offered, it's pretty simple to go to pinkbike and do your own research.

I live in Asia and just sold my miami vice version, great condition, all top spec... XX1, XTR brakes, Ibis 741 rims (with some cosmetic scratches), Pike 160, latest reverb etc. Put it up for $3670 and I was swamped with people wanting to buy it in the first few hours. Likely could have got $4k to 4.2k without much of a problem.
