Post up pics when it's built. I'm seriously wanting a fargo. I like the mountain gearing and what I hope is a more upright seating position. The compact road chainrings on my gravel bike just really arent suited to my style of riding. Best of luck with the new bike!!😊

Oh and while I've never had a steel fork, carbon is waaaayyyyyyy better than aluminum! (At least to me)

I really like that flat black with orange, and looking forward to seeing more pics of that beauty being built up. That troll looks pretty cool too. I had a gt tachyon that was a similar color.

    Fargo Ti

Good luck with your Fargo. I've had a Ti one for about 6 months here in MPLS. I run the Super Motos in the summer, great commuting tire. Winter the bike gets a 3" front and the RRalph rear.

"Adventure by Bike" has been replaced by a rattlesnake graphic, which might be proof it's no longer supposed to be an "Adventure Bike".
I would agree that the Fargo has seen changes since Gen I, but it's still very much an 'adventure touring' bike. With improvements over the years like added tire clearance, adjusted geometry to accomodate a variety of forks, etc, I would say it's actually a more capable 'adventure touring' bike than ever before. It's just that it is designed for a different type of touring that most other touring bikes.

Works fine. It also has the mounts for anything cages. With the blunt rim and 3" tire in the front you don't need suspension. I've taken it on trails with snow twice. Not my first choice but it works.

Cant wait to see and hear more Gritter.

Great that you've a stable of bikes to keep you rolling whilst you complete the build.

I've a feeling this Fargo is going to look even tastier than your Troll.

There was some talk of the original series one Fargo being a little flexi when heavily laden with panniers.

I'm hoping to hear this has been eliminated with the Generation 3 models.

I find even my Ogre has a squirrel in it when I'm hauling weight.
    More so than I anticipated.
I ride in pannier tour mode as I like too many luxuries than bike packing would afford me.

Your colour and decal scheme looks great.

Keep them pics coming and I want one with the rattler on the stays

Oh and what fenders were you running on the Ogre in this pic?
