Are chainrings made by Salsa okay?

I'm looking for all 3 chainrings for a 74/110 5 arm setup. I was wondering if anyone has had any good or bad experience with the Salsa rings or want to steer me in a different direction.

    Thanks,
    LocoMotoMan

Haven't used their "pro" models... but I use their "standard", non-ramped models on my singlespeed and commuter bikes with no problems at all. From what i heard, Salsa bought out the former "engagement ring" line of chainrings, guards, etc. So, I don't know how well they will or won't shift, but I can attest that the Salsa chainring durability in general seems pretty good.

That's the other way around. QBP (big wholesale distributor) bought out Salsa. They are good rings.
