Cane Creek DBAir IL on a Bucksaw?
I'm thinking about upgrading the Monarch Debonair on my Bucksaw for a Cane Creek DBAir IL, and I'm wondering if anyone can share their experiences with this shock.

I am interested in this as well. 184 x 44 sizing?

I did this mod to 2 of my Kona Process es (both 2014: 111 & 153). I like it a lot and may bite the bullet and try it on my BS, along with lengthening the Bluto to 120mm. Won't be for a while though, but I'll post back results if I go through with it.

Anyone else try the Debonair upgrade?

I just put the DBAir IL on my Bucksaw, and I like it better than the Debonair. More options to tune. Makes the bike a little more lively.

Glad to hear that it is a worthwhile upgrade. I picked up a Debonair air can for my standard Monarch shock to try it out first since I got it for cheap. Maybe in the future I will look at getting a Cane Creek but the price was a huge factor in my decision. One thing I have heard it that servicing the CC DBAir IL requires sending it off for service vs. servicing it at home or at the LBS. I guess that's one thing that the Monarch has going for it.

I am hoping that along with a Manitou Mastodon Pro 120 in the front, this will make for a pretty nice suspension setup.

This is probably going to sound strange, but I installed the Debonair air can on my stock Monarch RT3 and hated the feeling in all different configurations with volume spacers. At least for me, the smaller air can with more progressive spring rate feels better on the Bucksaw. YMMV.
