    2014 Horsethief 1 custom build.

Any one else catching rocks on the bridge and top pivot mount? Think I will make some sort of deflector.

I see the same thing on my Horsethief. The seatstay bridge is getting dinged up really good and the chainstay bridge is getting a few superficial scratches. That top bridge looks pretty beefy and the hits on the lower bridge look superficial so unless there's chance of structural damage, I'm not too worried about it.

Still, I'd like to see what you come up with...

I've had a pebble stuck in there, but not that much paint damage. Might be a good spot to ziptie some type of sponge in there to keep the rocks out.

I still have not added protection and it is getting much worse. I really enjoy this bike but know at some point I catch a rock at the right time and size and that mount will crack.
