1998 Salsa La Cruces needs a home. You pay shipping, the frame/fork are yours.

This frame has been spoken for.
    You can disregard this thread.

Maybe you're that weirdo that has an issue w/ Salsa bikes?
Maybe you know someone that will use and love this bike?

This bike was my go to back when gravel bikes were just called bikes. The perfect bike for so much. But it's been eclipsed in my home and needs a place where it can be loved.
Did the Great Divide on it. US tours. Iceland. There aren't many trails in the Crested Butte area it hasn't seen (even Teo, though not Double Top)
My neck will never forgive me for those years.

Made in California, back when Salsa wasn't a subsidiary of QBP.
    Steel. Super skinny frame tubes.
    1" headtube

    54cm.

Honestly if it finds a happy home, a place where it's used more than it is now? I'll give it away. I'll box it and such if you pay the shipping.
Or, if you're in Colorado, I can likely drop it off to you someday soon.
    You can have the frame/fork/headset/stem.

Bright red, since it's a Salsa.
Frame mounts for a rear rack and fenders.

Just saw it hanging there looking sad so thought I'd throw this out to you all.

Let me know if you have any interest and I'll grab some photos.

The Salsa has been spoken for and has a new home.
Well- once I finally find a frame box and send it.
