Just picked up my RM Instinct 2019 A70 couple questions..

This is my first full squish and dropper. So Im getting used to that. Do you guys often lock out the rear shock when climbing? Also, my Fox 34 didnt come with an O ring, is this normal? My only other gripe is the decals seemed to have been placed hastily. The one on the standover bar has bubbles, and the on the head tupe, it wasnt flush against the frame, had to press it into it. (im an attn to detail type of guy). Other than that, super stoked be on new wheels!

On my '19 C70 some of the rubber protectors weren't pressed on fully.. the chain stay rubbers had bubbles in them. Instead of risking them losing adhesion I just pressed them down as much as I could and hoped they stayed. The head tube badge is stuck on pretty nicely though.. it's not a sticker like my '98 RM Blizzard.

The stand over bar? Do you mean the top tube? If so and you’re referring to the silver sticker that states model and size, that sticker is intended to be removed.

Ok, I'll rip that sucker off. What about the o ring on my fork? Wtf fox?! Isn't one supposed to be on there? Can I have my lbs add one?

The o-ring is pretty important i thought. It's useful/needed to measure sag on the fork. Definitely ask the store you buy the bike from.

Just use the thinnest zip tie you can get on the fork and just don't over cinch it. I often do this if my o-ring breaks off. It gets me by until winter when I rebuild the fork and can add the o-ring.

Also, I never lock out my shock. When I do, I get pedal bob from the tires. I just use the shock's pedal setting.
