Frame Bag For Where Top tube Meets Head Tube? (Inside frame)

Well, I have been looking around, and haven't found one small enough for a med. Altitude (should be the same as most sizes/models).
Ideally looking to just fit a vest, maybe some nutrition/tools.
    Any thoughts?
    Custom would cost too much.
Already have a Dakine gripper bag for below the shock/seat tube junction.

I bought a bag for my blizzard right from the RM website. The bag is made by porecilan rocket.

I should note that the underside of my top tube, had built in water bottle type screws for the frame bag to secure to.

Yeah, bags for the blizzard and Susie q are fairly easy to find, not so much for trail bike options.
