Element Frame question (small hole in the down tube above access cover)?

I have put together bike with a 2018 Element Frame.
There is a small hole in the down tube above the plastic access cover.
    What is the hole for?
Was there supposed to be cover for the hole included with the frame?
From the pics on Rocky Mountain's website, looks like there is a plastic cover on the hole.

If you're talking about the approximately 1cm hole, then yes it's supposed to have a cover. you can order replacements. It's for fox live valve/DI2 wiring options.
