Syncros hubs...anyone have any experience with'em?

My wheels are dead and i need to build some new ones. I'm eyeing the Syncros DH rear and factory front hubs that Price Point has on sale. Does anyone have any experience with them?

I asked the same question on NSMB, and all I got was rave reviews from NSMB team members (who are sponsored by Syncros). I have never heard of anyone, ANYONE who actually purchased these hubs and rides them. Syncros, BTW, is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Ritchey and has nothing to do with the old Syncros from the 90's except the logo.

I have a Syncros wheelset and I like them. They have put up with some serious abuse riding downhill at ski resorts and my local trails. No problems with the front hub at all but the rear hub was manufactured or assembled wrong in the factory and it did not operate properly when new. I wouldn't hold that against them though because I am sure that can happen with any freehub but it is something to note. I do think that the freehub mechanism is only average in quality. Probably comparable to a Shimano XT. The bearings in the rear are holding up well, it is easy to maintain and I haven't had any freehub problems since it was replaced. Customer service was excellent and quick.
