Any more information on the WCS TRAIL 29 wheelsets

Looks like what I am searching for from a rim (solid bed, 25mm internal).

But what hubs are they? How many POE, etc.

    Do you mean 6 pawls?

6 POE would be very low, and mean engagement every 60 degrees of rotation.

Another way to ask - how many clicks for 1 revolution of the hub?

or how many degrees between engagements?

    What type of bearings?

Yes, I apologize, there are 6 pawls and I am being told, 12 POEs.
I'm not sure what kind of bearing, but I will certainly look into it.

    Hi there!!
I was just registered to this forum to give answer on question.
I was searched on all internet and could not find how much engage points this Ritchey trail hub have.
However i bought wheelset. 2016 model. And it have only 30 engage points.
I was expect more. Considering that it have 6 pawls and each have 2 hooks i was think that they will engage separately: 3+3 = 60 points.. .. But it is not. It is 30 engage points!
    And Hub is LOUD!
Someone will like it, but me not so. :-/
Wheels looks on first rly nice.
    Whide
    Nice mat color.
    Nice quality titles.
I still did not take them on trail so i cant say nothing more.

    Wellcome.

    So
I was took that wheelseet on trail but i can not tell how good or bad this wheelset is.
Because i come from 26 to 29er. I was riding hardtail 26er all my live. And one month ago i bought used Ghost amr lector 2990 2013 model. 110 front 100 rear travel.
Stock wheelset was Easton EA70 XCT 19mm internal width with rocket ron 2.25 front and used racing ralph 2.25 at rear. With that combo i wos blown away how better 29 is compared to my old 26er 130mm hardtail with 2,25 noby nic front. and 2,25 ardent race rear. (2.2 or 2.25 cant remember)
But now on Ghost with Ritchey trail wheelset i put on 2.4 trail boss on front and Vittoria mescal g+ 2.25 at rear.(this Vittoria is mega huge volume tire and i have problems with clerance on my front derailleur X.x) And that combo now is again like a new bike.
Forgiveing set witch can handle all your mistakes and lacks of skills. With rolling resistance very close to the previous combination!
But this experience is more based on tires than on wheels.
About wheels i can say that puting trail boss on them was pretty tight and hard.
Mescal go on them with hands!
Tubeless was done with hand pump widout no problem at all!!
What is mistakes what manufacturer companies of tires doing:
The rubber mold leaves the scraps on the edge of the rubber itself where sealing is required!!
I take sandpaper (u can take nail clipper or any oder tool) and I always remove it on the edges and I never have problems with leaking.
You can see on picture on low end of tires on both sides on edges about what i am talking about.

    ..................

And about wheels... They dont do POP sound when tires hoocked in rim what was case on Easton-Fulcrum Red Metal Zero-all Stans wheels etc...
I pumped them on 4 bars and nothing!! (i survived .. there wos no BOOM :-) .. but however they hold air.
I was blow air out of them and try to remove tire from side of rim and it is going much easyer than from easton wheels.
I did not run them on mega low preasure yet, so i dont have expirience about burping.
And with time riding noise of hub was reduced. And it was acceptable now to me.

    Hi again.
    A little update.
So this is hub riden cca 15 times and i wos cleaning casete cca 5 times with some cleaning degreaser and wash with water (no miniwash)

Any more information on the WCS TRAIL 29 wheelsets-ritchey-hub.jpg

This is cleaned wersion. At first it looked MUCH worse.

I could not fix it to work so i oder from oder country new pawls and now work fine... (one ride so far) ... i will need to check condition of pawls each 2-3 ride.

And about wheels. The rims are asymetric. But they are also tuned asymetric! They are almost 5mm offset fom center to the left side.
    Front and rear.
I wos fix that buy tightening right side spokes. (atleast now wheelseet is much stiffer, And i hope that i wil not breake spokes)
