Yeah, I rode my bike today...

and yesterday, the day before, and the day before... Anyway, some pics of said events.

As you can see, the 8:30am temp has been rather nice, both yesterday and today.

The wildlife doesn't seem to be bothered by my heavy breathing this morning or maybe it was turned on. ???

Lots of tenderloin in this pic.

Not too bad for a pre-spring ride.

What do you do when the trails are too wet to ride? URBAN! Now I've got another urban riding partner. The little dude just couldn't get enough of the stairs, he rode them over and over and over...

Nice pics. I like your new riding buddy. Looks like he is/is going to be a little ripper!

Did you make it up to the loop at all? If you did, what's it look like up there?

oh, boy that brings back memories...

I used to try and clear that concrete bench/wall to the left of those stairs on my rollerblades back when I was in school at CU. nice.

    Cool shots

Before you know it, your riding buddy will be dropping from the wall above the handicap sign.
The voices in my head may not be real, but they have some good ideas.

hehe, yeah wont be long at all! Yesterday he spent a couple hours launching off a 1' wall at the playground behind us. Today I'm building him a small kicker for his bike and skateboard. The dude is barely 6 and he's pretty agressive on the bike and can already ollie on his board, not high or perfect, but he's got the concept and he gets off the ground. I think I'm going to start putting money into a medical fund.

That ledge in the pic is one that I used to hit all the time on my cross-town commute, but at that time I was sporting at least front suspension, sometimes even on the Bullit and it was like dropping off a curb. It was a different story on the rigid bike this day... I damn near jarred my teeth out, but he got a kick out of it. I do think my fork has more of a rake now though! Wonder if I can do that sort of thing when I get my aluminum rigid fork?
