    Some Dambusters Passion

With a high of 7 degrees Celsius, in the shade it felt more like below freezing. The air was like ice getting colder with speed. Once warmed up the only extremity which bothered me were my hands, not helped by vented Fox summer gloves

The riding was an easy XC loop to bed in my Formula Oro Bianco's. Circling the Ladybower reservoir, famous for its role in the Dambusters movie. Numerous villages were flooded to make way for the construction of the Dam and its rumoured in extremely dry summers with low water it's possible to see the old church steeple.

From the offset my Biancos were supurb, and as the ride went on the modulation just got better.

This is perfect winter weather in the UK.

The moon was visible all day

    Ham sandwhich and energy

Finally decided to adorn the Heckler with a mudgaurd, looks terrible but didn't have a spec of dirt on me

Took me a good hour to decide on the brake lever position which wouldn't get in the way of the Sram shifters - this worked perfect

180mm Formula rotors front and back, the stopping power was immense

i can't ride for sh*t but i'm good at extreme pushing

I like the combo of bike components and beautiful scenery!

    Sweet looking Dam.
    Nice pics.
Your fear of looking stupid is holding you back.
