scared the shite outta myself last night

on the commute home iwas relishing in how nice these 28c teserv tires felt on the crummy streets of oakland when i turned on to a one way street riding the wrong way. Some guy yelled while another honked their horn. I just smiled and weaved between cars realizing what a complete dumas i was...

    Its still worth a laugh...today

At least you weren't converted into a hood ornament. Sheesh.
    Need to clean you shammy?

My day was ruined yesterday... On my way through Concord and traffic backs up.... see a fire engine cut through traffic and stop. When I get to the scene... a kid laying on the street, next to a car, bike impact mark on the car. Not sure who ran the light but the kid was in the crosswalk. Hope he's going to be OK.

Radio report this AM said that the 4th of July is the deadliest weekend of the year on the road.
    Be careful out there.

I push a lot of traffic boundaries, but I don't fock with one way streets. Once was enough for me.
