    I think it's meant to be funny, kind of making fun of themselves.

    I like rule 10:

    As anyone who grew up with cycling before the era of MTB and Lance can probably recall, that's a pretty spot-on list of what cycling culture was like. ...& is still like to those of us who take this crap too seriously for our own good sometimes. Pretty funny.
