Pagan Fast Edward- you think YOU were tempted!
A co-worker brought me this growler this morning, and it was sitting in the fridge alllll stinkin' day, until I could lay it gently in my backpack and ride home as quickly and smoothly as I could.

It's oatmeal stout :D ...she had no idea what she was getting, she just asked the guy at the brewery to put what he thought best in the growler. Nice guy, eh?

Lookit that- you can't even see the sun thru the stuff...

    Ahh, you're killin' me!
I went to the store tonight, after working late, to get some Guiness for St. Patty's Day. There was 3/4 of a four pack of Boddington's, and a big empty space there in the cooler. So I begrudginly took the B's in lieu of my favorite G. I get home to pour the black gold, and I get gold gold. WTF? It turns out Boddington's makes a "Pub Ale" and puts it in the same faqing can with the little nitro ball inside. No stout for me this St. Patty's day. As a consolation prize, the nitro pub ale is awfully nice. I'm gonna stay up late and kill #3 in preparation for my 30 mile fixed-gear commute tomorrow morning. 8^)
